FEES AND PAYMENTS

Fees are due each week/fortnight depending on our particular arrangement.

 

My method of fee payment is cash cash or if you like you can transfer it to my bank account via internet banking.

 

Like you, I financial commitments that must be met and I rely on your prompt payment of fees to help me cover these expenses.

Late payment of fees will incur a $5.50 fee per child per day as stated in the Fee Schedule.

 

Please keep an eye on the time. If your child is more than 10 minutes late OR early, you will be charged $5.00 EVERY 10 minutes on top of your hourly rate. THIS IS NOT COVERED BY YOUR CCB

 

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS ABSENT?

Allowable Absences

  • Each child is entitled to 42 Allowable Absences per Financial Year
  • If your child is attending other registered Day Care services this includes these as well. Please inform me if you have used an Allowable Absence, as if you use over your 42 you will need to repay the fees paid on your behalf
  • All Absences are to be signed once by the parent to be processed

 

Full fees apply whether the child attends care on the agreed day or not (due to illness, holidays or public holidays)  Booked care secures your spot for each day, if your child is away on a day you have booked them in and the spot can not refilled I am left out of pocket.

 

WHERE WILL MY CHILD SLEEP/REST?

Each child has their own sleep mat.  Babies (2years  and under) will be in a portable cot in a separate room.  All children are required to have a sleep/rest/quiet time.  

Children are always supervised during this time.  I regularly check on sleeping children and have a always have a baby monitor on.

 

PERSONAL TOYS:

Please do not allow your child/ren to bring toys from home to day care.  I have many toys and also hire toys regularly from the local toy library. 
 

 

DO YOU TAKE THE CHILDREN ON OUTINGS?

Yes,  these places include:  Playgroup, the park, play centres (eg Tabatinga) and other Child Care Workers houses.   

A permission note will need to be completed prior to commencement of care.

 

DO YOU HAVE PETS?

Yes, we have a 1 cat,  Ally. I follow the Scheme Pet Policy and the children have no contact with any of my pets.  Ally is kept in her cage when the children are here, however, we will occasionally take her out to give her a brush and pat.  You will need to complete a permission note allowing your child to be around the cat under my direct supervision prior to commencement of care.
